INTEGRASI ANDRA-PEDAGOGI ANAK-ANAK JEMAAT AHMADIYAH

Abstract


This article is aimed to study the implementation of integrating andragogy-pedagogy for children of Ahmadiyah community related to empowering the Islamic and social organization based on khilafah. Integrative andra-pedagogy is an effort mixing the characteristics of them. Education model like this is intended to boost and develop the children to understand knowledge comprehensively and also skills which are implemented in daily activities primarily related to its ideology and organizational doctrine. This research is field based which Ahmadi children are sample according to purposive sampling technique. The date collection is interview and observation in Ahmadiyah minority group in Banten. The findings are by implementing this model the children have self awareness, adult figuration, creativity improvement, and religiousness.
